CNOOC appoints CEO
Offshore staff
HONG KONG – The China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC) has appointed Li Fanrong as CEO.
He has more than 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Fanrong was designated executive director on Sept. 16, 2010.
