HOUSTON– Wison Offshore & Marine (Hong Kong) Ltd. has changed the name of its Houston-based subsidiary Wison Floating Systems, Inc. to Wison Offshore & Marine (USA), Inc. The renaming comes as part of a global re-branding of the company’s upstream oil and gas division.
L. Dwayne Breaux, Wison Offshore & Marine (USA), Inc. president and CEO, said: “Changing our name to Wison Offshore & Marine not only fully aligns us with our team in China, but also better reflects the activities we pursue as a company.”
