PDVSA contracts Technip production system for Mariscal Sucre

PARIS – Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. (PDVSA) has contracted Technip to procure, install, and provide operations support for an accelerated production system on the Mariscal Sucre Dragon development offshore Venezuela.

The project scope covers supply and installation of subsea flowlines, supply and installation of gas processing equipment onshore, and operational support for the subsea, offshore and onshore facilities.

The Mariscal Sucre Dragon field is around 25 mi (40 km) north of Paria peninsula, state of Sucre, Venezuela, at a water depth of 328-427 ft (100 to 130 m).
