LONDON – Longreach Oil and Gas expects seismic reprocessing on two licenses offshore Morocco to be completed this summer.

Around 1,500 sq km (580 sq mi) of 3D data are being reprocessed on the Foum Draa license and 2,000 km (772 sq mi) of 2D seismic on the Sidi Moussa license (Longreach 10% in each case).

On completion, the partners in the permits will likely seek farm-in partners for drilling.

Longreach says that to date, 33 leads have been identified on the two concessions, nine of which have estimated aggregate prospective resources of 896 MMbbl.
