ABERDEEN, UK – AtlasCopco plans to launch two new Hurricane Boosters this year at Offshore Europe 2011.
The new models are the containerized Hurricane B18-62/2250 Rig Safe compressor booster and the B7-41/1000. The Rig Safe model can produce 2,185 cfm at 2,250 psi in two-stage mode with 350 psi suction and has a variety of safety features.
The Hurricane B7 -41/1000 booster can reach 2,440 cfm at a maximum discharge of 1,000 psi.
Also to be shown at Offshore Europe is the ATEX zoned ZT and ZR oil-free rotary screw compressors and the QAS and QAC self-contained, portable compressors.
The AtlasCopco Hurricane B7-41 is one of the new models to be unveiled at Offshore Europe 2011.
