CALGARY, Canada – Ithaca Energy has completed acquisition from Hess of a 28.46% non-operated interest in the Cook oil field in the UK central North Sea.
The transaction involved an adjusted cash consideration of $57 million to Hess and transfer of Ithaca’s 10% interest in three southern North Sea exploration blocks.
Cook, operated by Shell U.K., is in block 21/20a in the UK central North Sea.
