Calypso Star mobilizing to Australia

PERTH, Australia – UTEC Survey Australia Pty Ltd has mobilized its 24-m (79-ft) geophysical survey catamaran to support work offshore north and northwestern Australia.

The Calypso Star’s geophysical equipment includes R2Sonics multi-beam echo sounder with DMS#-05 motion sensor, Edgetech 4200 digital side scan sonar, reflection seismic, and onboard processing.

UTEC says the vessel will be available for work starting early in September.
