DUBAI, UAE – AlMansoori Specialized Engineering (MSE) has expanded its operations into East Africa, opening an office in Kampala, Uganda.
The base will be managed by the company’s Target Well Control subsidiary.
Base manager George Chesnaye will be supported by a team of five, offering products and services ranging from directional drilling and slickline to production testing and inspection. The new office will also serve as a workshop and maintenance facility.
