CONSTANTA, Romania – GSP Offshore’s drilling rig GSP Atlas has departed Sharjah onboard the semisubmersible barge Teal, and is heading for Dos Bocas, Mexico.
Following its scheduled arrival on July 27, the rig and theGSP Orizont will operate for PEMEX under a long-term contract.
In Europe, GSP Offshore has decided to re-launch its subsidiary company Worldwide Offshore Solutions, which was established in Rotterdam in 2009 to perform engineering, project management and commercial functions for GSP.
Now that the subsidiary is 100% owned by GSP, it has been re-named GSP Offshore BV. It will continue to be managed by Kees Kerklaan.
