LONDON – Circle Oil may seek a farm-in partner for an exploration program on block 52 offshore Oman.
Last December, the company initiated a 5,000-km (3,107-mi) 2D marine seismic survey over the acreage which was completed early this year and submitted for processing.
Circle’s current focus is on interpreting both the survey and legacy data, in order to work defined leads into drillable prospects, then complete a farm-out proposal on block.
