STAVANGER, Norway -- Senergy is doing the planning for Noreco’s Luna exploration well this summer in the Danish North Sea. The two parties are also co-operating on another planned exploratory well in the Barents Sea early in 2012.

Other current Senergy projects in the Norwegian sector include supporting Centrica with well planning for two programs.

The first plan is for the Butch exploration prospect which will be drilled this summer using the jackup MaerskGuardian. The second is the Cooper HP/HT well in the Haltenbanken, due to be drilled in 1Q 2012 using the semi-sub West Alpha.

Earlier this week, Senergy opened a new business hub in central Stavanger to accommodate its growing team and increasing demand for its subsurface services, well engineering and well operations, technical training courses and proprietary software products.
