Schiedam, the Netherlands – SBM Offshore reports contracts for an FPSO oil offloading system, and licenses fees from Hyundai Heavy Industries for drillship designs.

The offloading project involves engineering, procurement, and supply of offloading lines and fiber-optic cables between the FPSO and its deepwater export buoy. Installation is scheduled for the second half of 2013 using the Normand Installer vessel.

HHI will use the design licenses on its recently won contracts to built six GustoMSC P10,000-type drillships.

Keppel Fels and Jurong Shipyard, both of Singapore, also will pay design fees for work on a total of three cantilever jackup drilling rigs of the GustoMSC CJ70 class.
