RIO DE JANEIRO – Petrobras has agreed to export pre-salt oil production for the first time. Chile’s Empresa Nacional de Petróleo has contacted for 1 MMbbl for delivery in mid-May.
The oil, from Lula field in the offshore Santos basin, is 28° API
