ABERDEEN, UK - GL Noble Denton will assist the Irish Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) to develop a new Petroleum Safety Framework (PSF) for Ireland.

This will allow the CER to assess and monitor the safety of Ireland's petroleum industry. The project will outline how safety will be regulated for each stage of the lifecycle of Ireland's petroleum assets, from design, construction, and operation through maintenance, modification, and decommissioning.

GL Noble Denton consultants will join the CER team, working with the Irish public, oil and gas operators, statutory bodies, and other interested parties to research and establish regulations.

It also will work with the CER to develop a range of discussions, consultations, and decision papers for the new PSF, using technical advisors based at the CER’s headquarters in Dublin and at GL Noble Denton offices.
GL Noble Denton has assisted authorities and operators in various programs concerning regulatory policies, notably in the UK, Norway, USA, Australia, and Singapore.
