Gulmar picks Chapalain as CEO

LONDON – Gulmar Energy S.A. has appointed Patrick Chapalain as CEO. Chapalain is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure d’Ingenieurs de Marseille, France. He has experience in a variety of shallow and deep water offshore construction work, saturation and air diving, IRM, flexible and rigid pipe laying, deepwater ROV operations, deep and shallow mooring systems installation, and floating systems hook‐ups.
