STAVANGER, Norway -- ConocoPhillips Skandinavia has contracted awarded Prosafe’s accommodation rig Safe Scandinavia for two months, starting in May 2012. The rig will supply accommodation support at the Eldfisk platform in the Norwegian North Sea.
In direct continuation of this program,Safe Scandinavia will provide accommodation to support ConocoPhillips’ Jasmine development in the UK central North Sea for four months, with an additional one-month option.
The revised total value to Prosafe for both projects is around $53.3 million.
