Offshore staff
OSLO, Norway -- Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) has started an investigation following an incident on the Gullfaks A platform this past Monday.
One crew member was injured after being trapped between two containers in connection with a lifting operation.
PSA planned to send a team to Gullfaks A in an attempt to clarify the course of events and identify any underlying causes.
