DUBLIN, Ireland -- Polarcus has signed a letter of intent with Lansdowne Oil & Gas to acquire 3D seismic in the Celtic Sea off southern Ireland.
The survey area will cover approximately 300 sq. km. (116 sq. mi.), taking in the Rosscarbery, Amergin, and Middleton prospects.
Work on the program should start in early July, following completion of another 3D survey over the Barryroe oilfield, operated by Providence Resources.
