Niko, Repsol agree on Indonesia farm-out

CALGARY, Canada – Niko Resources Ltd. has agreed to farm out to Repsol Exploration SA an interest in East Bula and Seram production sharing contracts offshore Indonesia.

Niko as operator now holds 55% working interest and Repsol has 45%. Niko has done a 4,769 km (2,963 mi) 2D seismic survey and a 200 sq km (77 sq mi) 3D survey on the area.

The two also are joint venture partners on Cendrawashi Bay II, III, and IV, and Niko has done a 5,240 km (3,256 mi) 2D survey on III and IV.
