HOUSTON – BPZ Resources Inc. says it has begun production from Corvina oil field offshore Peru in block Z-1. Operations began with the start up of the gas compressor at platform CX-11 Corvina, and BPZ is reopening gas wells previous shut-in to avoid gas flaring.
“We are currently working on the future development of Corvina, and committed to installing the required gas re-injection equipment at Albacora,” said Manolo Zuniga, president and CEO.
