ABERDEEN, UK -- Maersk Oil North Sea UK has awarded Petrofac a three–year, $64-million contract to provide engineering services in the UK North Sea. The contract includes three optional one-year extensions.
Petrofac’s Offshore Engineering & Operations (OE&O) division will support Maersk’s Gryphon, Janice, and Global Producer III assets, the services including concept, front-end engineering, detail design, workpack development, procurement, and document control.
This contract extends Petrofac’s scope of services for these assets, which it has supported since 2000.
