Spectrum to reprocess East Greenland data

LONDON – The Geological Survey of Denmark has contracted Spectrum Geo Ltd. to reprocess for license on a multi-client basis more than 7,800 km (4,847 mi) of 2D seismic data from offshore eastern Greenland using pre-stack time migration.

Competitive bidding for the area is scheduled in 2012 and 2013, as designated by Greenland's Bureau of Minerals & Petroleum. The survey area includes the southern part of the East Greenland rift basins.

Data comes from the three NAD Project surveys done in the 1980s
