The official opening ceremony was conducted by His Excellency Abdullah Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, Deputy Premier and Minister of Energy & Industry, attracted a capacity audience with standing room only. Over the three days, Offshore Middle East will deliver a high quality conference program with over 25 leading speakers including presentations from Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Shell, Maersk Oil, Total and many more.
