MARLOW, UK -- Structural/pipeline grouting services provider FoundOcean has entered into a strategic alliance in Australia.

The company is teaming with Australian underwater technology/subsea intervention group Tamboritha, and subsea engineering specialist IEV.

FoundOcean says that subsea conditions around Australia’s coasts, including varying water depths and rocky seabed, require a substantial level of pipeline support and maintenance.

The company has long experience in this field. Via its service base in Batam Island near Singapore, it believes it is well placed to pitch for the numerous large construction projects emerging offshore Australia in the next few years.
