Buccaneer agrees to acquire Cook Inlet interests

SYDNEY, New South Wales – Buccaneer Alaska has agreed to acquire working interests in four Cook Inlet, Alaska, leases. The 8,828 gross acre tracts are on the North Middle Ground Shoal structure, Buccaneer says.

This consolidates ownership of the structure when included with Buccaneer’s acquisition from Stellar Oil & Gas.

ADL numbers are 391108 (2,542 acres), 390379 (2,536 acres), 17595-2 (2470.5 acres), and 390370 (1,280 acres). Buccaneer has 100% of 390379 and 390370, and shares the other two 50/50 with Chevron.
