    Telemark Hub well sees first oil

    First oil production has begun from the deepwater Atwater Valley (AT 63) No. 4 well at the Telemark Hub through the ATP Titan, says operator ATP Oil & Gas.

    HOUSTON -- First oil production has begun from the deepwater Atwater Valley (AT 63) No. 4 well at the Telemark Hub through the ATP Titan, says operator ATP Oil & Gas.

    The next Telemark Hub well scheduled onstream is Mississippi Canyon 941 (MC 941) No. 3.

    The third well at MC 941 No. 4 and the fourth well at MC 942 No. 2 are partly drilled and scheduled to reach target depths and be completed this year, says T. Paul Bulmahn, ATP's chairman and CEO.
