Sonangol contracts Plexus for Angola wells

LONDON -- Plexus Holdings has signed an agreement with Sonangol to supply its POS-GRIP wellhead systems and services for drilling offshore Angola. The potential value of the contract is around $1.05 million.

Sonangol will use this equipment for gas exploration and well test activities in Block 2 offshore Angola using a 15,000-psi (1,034-bar), high-pressure/high-temperature 18.75-in. (47.6-cm) wellhead system.
