BP Norge extends MSV Regalia contract

BP Norge AS has exercised its $44-million, six-month option for continued use of the accommodation support rig MSV Regalia at the Valhall offshore facility in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea.

LARNACA, Cyprus -- BP Norge AS has exercised its $44-million, six-month option for continued use of the accommodation support rig MSV Regalia at the Valhall offshore facility in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea.

Prosafe has granted a further four-month option, beginning July 2011 if exercised, and an additional two-month option.
