Offshore staff
LONDON -- Petrofac and Zamil Group Holding are opening a new service center facility in Saudi Arabia. The center will provide overhaul, maintenance, and repair for process equipment as well as the manufacture of spare parts, component reconditioning, assembly of third-party equipment, and field-service support.
The two companies will own equal interests in a new joint venture company, which is expected to begin trading early next year.
