ABERDEEN, UK -- Sub-Atlantic has delivered two Mohican ROVs to Marin Mätteknik AB (MMT AB). The Mohicans will be deployed aboard the survey/ROV vessel MV IceBeam for tasks including seabed and pipeline surveys.
“We choose the Mohican because its combination of high thruster power, maneuverability, and suitable size allows for swift and reliable under water inspections,” says Olof Nilsson, sales and marketing director for MMT AB. “The excellent interface between the Mohican inspection ROV and the Comanche work-class ROV makes it possible to have both system mobilized on the same ROV vessel, which will enhance our capacity and options.”
