SINGAPORE -- GAC Netherlands has opened a logistics and maritime service center in Pernis, the Netherlands. The facility brings together the company’s ship spares logistics and freight forwarding operations.

“There were clear synergies within the previous GAC-OBC logistics services and GAC Marine Logistics (GML) operations,” says Ries Hoogenboezem, who heads the new center. “GAC Netherlands brings the benefits of both operations together at Pernis to take full advantage of our experience, strong partnerships, and the global GAC brand to enable us to raise the bar in terms of customer service.”
