PSS ROV system contracted for Petrobras projects

ABERDEEN -- Sistac has awarded Perry Slingsby Systems (PSS) a contract to provide a Triton XLX 39 ROV system to support Petrobras projects offshore Brazil.

The Triton XLX 39 system, which is capable of operating in depths of up to 3,050 m (10,007 ft), features a Dynacon launch and recovery system; A-60 rated control van; multi-image video wall and Integrated Controls Engine (ICE) real-time control system; and graphical diagnostics.
