SINGAPORE -- Swiber Holdings Ltd.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Kreuz International Pte. Ltd. has incorporated Kreuz Subsea Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. The new company will provide subsea services.

The initial issued share capital totals $100,000. Kreuz International holds 70% equity interest in the share capital of the subsidiary.
