Offshore Staff
LONDON -- Sea Production has awarded Petrofac a $30-million per annum duty holder contract for the floating production facility Northern Producer.
The FPSO is currently in the McNulty Offshore yard in South Shields, Tyne and Wear and is staffed by personnel from Petrofac facilities management. When the upgrades and modifications are complete, the vessel will be deployed between the Don Southwest and West Don fields, with first oil expected in the first half of 2009.
