Noble Denton acquires Poseidon Maritime

LONDON -- Noble Denton Group has acquired Poseidon Maritime for £2.4 million ($4.9 million).

"Our vision is to provide a client-focussed and fully integrated marine and engineering consultancy service to the oil and gas industry on a global scale," says David Sutton, CEO of Noble Denton Group.

"Joining forces with Noble Denton enables us to enhance our presence in Houston, New Orleans, and Singapore where we already have secured many high profile, long-term clients," says Peter Napier, managing director of Poseidon.

Noble says it will retain all staff.
