Gulf of Martaban development in planning

BANGKOK --PTT Exploration and Production Public Co. Ltd. says it will develop plans for Zawtika gas field, block M9, Gulf of Martaban, 300 km (186 mi) south of Yangon following a successful appraisal well.
The Zawtika-5 flowed a combined 71.48 MMcf/d of gas on a tubing stem test from two zones. TD of the well is 2,527 m (8,291 ft).
PTTEP has drilled four exploration and three appraisal wells in the 100% owned block under concession from Myanmar.
