EMS Group is an energy operations and maintenance (O&M) services company that provides solutions to clients in five service lines:

*LNG / natural gas services.

The acquisitions each have a track record of serving major pipeline companies.

Cypress Creek Pipeline Maintenance is a provider of pipeline integrity services, specializing in hydrostatic testing, pigging services, mainline rehab and repairs, pipeline installation, project management, and inspection.

Advanced GIS Technology specializes in providing survey information to pipeline operators through GPS, developing and implementing custom geographic information systems (GIS), providing engineering services, and performing consulting with respect to regulatory compliance.

Celtic Controls is a full service instrumentation and controls company, supporting major gas production companies in Western Canada. Services include maintenance, repair, new installation of measurement facilities; and resale and servicing of oilfield equipment.

Energy Services is a pipeline services company located in Mexico City, which provides pipeline management services, pipeline integrity services, production and pipeline project services, and engineering services.
